The Telebank service enables cardholders to access their credit card accounts using a personal computer or equivalent device. Using a preset ID, cardholders can access:
- Account information (including balance and transaction history)
- Account and card management
- Fund transfer between card accounts (immediate and scheduled)
- Self-service features (change IPIN, view/analyse account trend)
