FirstBank Supports Human Resource Leaders Africa 2015 Conference

First Bank of Nigeria Limited, Nigeria’s most valuable bank brand is sponsoring and participating in the HR Leaders Africa 2015 Conference. The event which is themed ‘Unlocking the Power of Human Capital to tap Africa’s Growth Potential would convene top Human Resource professionals across the continent to share insight on strategic human capital management as well as provide sustainable solutions to attendant challenges. The event is scheduled for June 9 – 10, 2015, at Four Points by Sheraton Hotel, Victoria Island Extension, Lagos. The Head, FirstAcademy, FirstBank’s Learning and Development division, Mr. Irumhekha Oshiomha will join other top-notch HR professionals to speak at the panel session on ‘Talent Development in Africa: Unlocking the value of learning & development to drive growth’.

FirstBank is participating at this event to drive growth and global best practices in Human Capital Management and Development. The Bank’s FirstAcademy is the first corporate academy of its kind in Nigeria and it is affiliated to the Global Association of Corporate Universities and Academies and the World Institute of Action Learning.
